Becker Acquires the North American Coil Coatings Business of Sherwin-Williams
Beckers Acquires Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings in North America
We are pleased to announce that Becker Specialty Corporation acquired the Coil Coating business of Sherwin Williams.This represents a turnover of around USD $ 4.5 Million and a volume of 1100t, with 60% of Plastisol and 40% of Polyester.We really hope that this acquisition will strengthen our American operation.
